About the role
We are seeking a senior Workday Talent and Performance Consultant to lead and implement key talent management processes on the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in performance reviews, calibrations, and goal templates, along with a solid understanding of Core HCM and Core Compensation.
What you'll do
- Design, configure, and maintain performance reviews, calibration processes, and goal templates within the Workday Talent and Performance module
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align performance management cycles with organizational strategy
- Support integration points and cross-module processes between Talent & Performance, Core HCM, and Core Compensation
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform functional testing, and ensure data integrity across performance management workflows
