About the role
We are looking for an Art Director to lead the creative direction and execution of Fynd's visual communication. This role will guide the Graphic Design team, translate business and brand goals into strong creative concepts, and ensure every output meets a high standard of craft and consistency. The Art Director will work closely with marketing, content, product, business, and leadership teams to deliver work that is clear, distinctive, and effective.
What you'll do
- Guide the Graphic Design team, translate business and brand goals into strong creative concepts, and ensure every output meets a high standard of craft and consistency
- Lead projects from concept development through final delivery, including visual exploration, reviews, feedback, and quality checks
- Guide graphic designers on typography, layout, colour, illustration, imagery, motion, and overall visual storytelling
- Review creative work and give specific, constructive feedback that improves both the idea and the execution
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines so that communication remains consistent across teams, formats, and channels
