About the role
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive delivery excellence, business transformation, and platform execution for Granary. This role will lead large-scale business-critical initiatives spanning supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, commerce, store operations, and customer experience platforms.
What you'll do
- Partner with Reliance Retail business leaders to define and execute strategic transformation initiatives
- Drive modernization and optimization across grocery operations and digital commerce capabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity, fulfillment efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence
- Translate business objectives into executable platform roadmaps
- Own delivery of strategic programs across the Granary ecosystem
