Program Manager | Security and Compliance

About the role

The Technical Program Manager will drive the execution of the CISO/DPO function, ensuring security, privacy, and compliance priorities are translated into clear programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes. This role will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align cyber security, GRC, and compliance initiatives with business goals while maintaining strong accountability across teams.

What you'll do

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end execution of the CISO/DPO function, ensuring timely delivery of security and compliance programs
• Partner with CxOs, leadership teams, and key stakeholders to align priorities, communicate progress, and resolve blockers
• Drive program governance, tracking, reporting, and follow-ups across middle management, EMs, and functional teams under CISO oversight
• Coordinate cyber security and privacy-related projects to ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, and status updates for multiple concurrent initiatives
