About the role

But retail was the entry point, not the boundary. Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations.

What you'll do

• Build and deliver tailored demos and pilots - not the generic deck, but the customer's own network configured in the product
• Own the solution narrative in RFPs, RFIs and proposals; write the solution and scope sections of the SOW
• Do gap analysis between customer requirements and current product capability. Decide what is configuration, what is customization, and what is a genuine "no"
• Size effort and feasibility with engineering before commitments are made, so we don't sell what we can't ship
• Drive those requirements with engineering and product through prioritization, build and deployment - chasing status, unblocking decisions
