About the role
The incumbent will be responsible for achieving primary as well as secondary targets month after month for the HQs assigned to them. They will be in complete charge of implementing sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth for their region.
What you'll do
- Direct retail coverage of minimum 30 stores daily, ensuring In-Store execution
- Cover geographic area spread across multiple cities including outstation working
- Maintain self-journey plan and ensure self beat working
- Ensuring that all promotion communications are properly done
- Taking paid or non-paid secondary space in the store in best possible place
