About the role

Forward Deployed Software / AI Engineer (FDSE / FDAE) – Senior (10 - 15 YRs + Years Experience) As a Architect / SE FDSE / FDAE, you’ll lead at the crossroads of engineering, product, and GenAI transformation. With ~8 years of experience, you’ll architect AI-native platforms, mentor teams, and work directly with executives to define technical strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery with senior stakeholders, reframing business problems into technical roadmaps
• Architect and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI systems: multi-agent orchestration, scalable RAG architectures, vector databases, fine-tuning pipelines, and LLMOps
• Define release and QA strategies for AI-driven deployments
• Mentor FDSEs/FDAEs and establish engineering best practices
• Act as a product partner: define MVPs, prioritize roadmaps, and drive adoption metrics
