Forward Deployed Software / AI Engineer (FDSE / FDAE) – Mid-Level (5+ Years Experience) As a Forward Deployed Software / AI Engineer (FDSE / FDAE), you’ll embed directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-native systems that solve real-world challenges. With ~5 years of experience, you’re a hands-on engineer who thrives in ambiguity — turning unclear workflows into production-ready GenAI solutions.
What you'll do
- Partner with stakeholders to uncover problems and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and deploy GenAI systems: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LangChain/LlamaIndex orchestration, and vector databases
- Engineer production-grade APIs, data pipelines, and UI workflows
- Operate in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Contribute to QE and release processes to ensure reliable, observable, and secure deployments
