About the role
Overview Seeking a GenAI Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered document intelligence and information extraction solutions. This role will partner with business stakeholders, Data Science teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable GenAI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI platforms.
What you'll do
- Partner with business stakeholders, Data Science teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable GenAI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering
- Translate business requirements into extraction schemas, validation rules, and quality metrics
- Drive prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous optimization of LLM-based workflows
- Oversee Python-based extraction pipelines, validation frameworks, and post-processing logic
- Establish best practices for testing, monitoring, logging, and error handling
