About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Internal Communications to help shape and deliver communications across Gallagher Centers of Excellence (GCoE). Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Branding and Internal Communications, this role will develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, support business priorities, and connect colleagues across GCoE locations worldwide.
What you'll do
- Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Branding and Internal Communications
- Working with the Global Internal Communications team, this role will establish scalable processes, align communications across regions
- Have global accountability for internal communications across all GCoE locations, helping define how communications support employee engagement, business priorities
- Partner with the Global Internal Communications team to establish long-term communications plans, governance, operating processes, and editorial priorities
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to GCoE leaders, providing strategic counsel on organizational priorities and employee engagement, and change initiatives
