About the role
The data analyst role is an integral part of the team, helping source, process and interpret financial, numerical and qualitative data from our investment managers across a broad range of public and private markets asset classes. The role involves working within MRT, helping to deliver manager research and provide advice to the firm’s clients.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team
- Collating, tracking and analysing fund manager information across various asset classes. This may include performance, risk, team and investment data, for example
- Collect, validate, and interpret performance, risk, team, fee and portfolio data from fund managers
- Produce investment commentary, fund summaries and research insights to support investment recommendations
- It involves helping identify, monitor and evaluate asset managers and investment funds for institutional investors
