About the role
The Senior Executive – Outdoor Landscaping will be responsible for managing day-to-day outdoor landscaping and horticulture operations at client sites. The role involves supervising site teams, ensuring proper plant and landscape maintenance, maintaining service quality, managing manpower and materials, and ensuring timely completion of all operational activities as per the agreed SOW/SOP and client expectations.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day outdoor landscaping and horticulture maintenance activities
- Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, hedges, shrubs, trees, seasonal plants, ground covers and other landscape areas
- Plan and supervise activities such as mowing, pruning, trimming, weeding, watering, fertilization and plant protection
- Ensure proper irrigation and watering schedules are followed
- Monitor plant health and identify pest, disease, nutritional and irrigation-related issues
