About the role
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Plant Procurement Executive to be based in Kadiyam and muchisha . The role is responsible for identifying and developing new plant suppliers, managing day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring quality compliance, negotiating the best commercial terms, and coordinating timely dispatches with internal teams.
What you'll do
- Identify and onboard new nurseries and plant growers in and around Kadiyam
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers
- Continuously expand the supplier network to ensure competitive sourcing and reduce dependency on limited vendors
- Plant Sourcing & Procurement
- Source plants as per business requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines
