About the role
The QMS Leader is responsible for implementing and managing Pune Plant's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Customer Specific requirements and Regulatory requirements (Product quality related). He/she takes responsibility of effectively implementing Global GEM standard within Quality function inline with Plant GEM Leader plan and guidelines.

- Maintain Global QMS, eCAMS portals and adhere to global QMS MOS
- Work closely with Local and Global teams for gap analysis, documentation and action closure to ensure compliance to applicable Customer Specific Requirements of IATF…
- Ensure awareness of Customer Specific requirements within Team through periodic communication & required awareness sessions / Trainings / coordination
- Responsible to document Management review meeting minutes and presentations
