About the role
Reports directly to the APAC SQD Leader A&H with team performance metrics in line. Resourcing and Continuous Quality Improvement plans with Tier1 Suppliers, support suppliers on GTX directed Tier2 suppliers and monitor the overall progress. Owns full accountability for supplier operational performances.
What you'll do
- Deployment of Technical process audits at suppliers, best practice and PFMEA
- Coaching the Supplier on Manufacturing process and Quality Systems
- Qualify External Process Capability and Capacity for NPI/HLRR - PPAP/ Run @ Rate
- Manage supplier APQP requirements in getting proper Quality documentation and adherence to customer specific standards
- Support APQP Phase 0-6
