About the role
The Digital Transformation Leader is responsible for driving the evolution of the Global Markets analytics ecosystem by partnering with commercial stakeholders, IT, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead digital transformation initiatives that simplify business processes and improve commercial decision-making
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
- Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to onboard new data sources and modernize the analytics platform
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, AI, and Power Platform to deliver business value
- Design, prototype, and deliver analytics solutions while supporting the continuous evolution of the Global Markets ecosystem
