About the role
The Director – Engineering, CVUS Digital Portfolio will lead the Bengaluru engineering organization responsible for developing, releasing and maintaining Cardiovascular Ultrasound digital products across on-premises and cloud environments. The role owns engineering delivery and lifecycle management of the CVUS Digital Viewer, from scope and architecture through development, verification, release, deployment and Installed Base support.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Bengaluru CVUS Digital Engineering organization, including workforce planning, hiring, performance management, capability development and succession
- Own engineering scope, architecture, execution, release and lifecycle management for the CVUS Digital Viewer and associated digital portfolio
- Deliver products across on-premises, cloud and hybrid deployment models, with strong focus on scalability, reliability, security, interoperability and serviceability
- Translate clinical, customer and product needs into technology roadmaps, engineering plans and predictable release commitments
- Drive modern engineering practices including reusable platforms, APIs, CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, observability and release automation
