What you'll do
- Lead Manage team in Bangalore, India fostering collaboration, accountability, ownership, inclusion, continuous learning, knowledge sharing and engineering excellence
- Collaborate with product, program and IB team to align engineering efforts with customer and business objectives
- Define and Execute Execute engineering programs and strategies enabling AI assisted development, automation, verification to accelerate delivery
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product management, program management, quality
- Work with different GE healthcare businesses at JFWTC and look for opportunities and drive collaboration/reuse between businesses
