About the role
This individual contributor will work closely with Engineering, Product Sourcing, and Commodity Sourcing teams to identify, evaluate, and implement alternate electronic components for existing products and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. The role focuses on optimizing electronic component costs, supporting component qualification, managing lifecycle risks, and introducing new component technologies.

- Independently lead cost productivity and Value Creation Programs (VCP) by identifying high-cost electronic components, evaluating alternatives
- Identify and recommend technically suitable Form, Fit, and Function (FFF) alternate components to reduce costs, mitigate supply risks
