About the role
Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
What you'll do
- Responsible to ensure all statutory regulatory filings are completed timely, efficiently and in compliance with the country regulatory requirements
- This includes branches, legal entities and statutory consolidations from outside the US, as well as the management of the statutory audit process where applicable
- Responsible for managing and liaising with in‑country statutory auditors to ensure timely submission of all PBC (Prepared‑By‑Client) documentation
- Partner with various teams to develop and execute project plans, including tracking project milestones, identifying key stakeholders
- Work with the global process leads to define and monitor adherence to the GEHC standard Statutory processes and support gap analysis effort as required
