About the role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will support the Manufacturing Process Engineering team in executing the Mitosis Program, a strategic manufacturing transfer and localization initiative. The role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing engineering by supporting product transfer, process documentation, validation, equipment and fixture qualification, shop-floor execution, and operator training activities.
What you'll do
- Support the Manufacturing Process Engineering team in executing product transfer and manufacturing localization activities as part of the Mitosis Program
- Create, update, and maintain manufacturing process documentation, validation protocols, work instructions, qualification records, and other engineering documentation
- Assist in planning and executing process validations, equipment qualifications, fixture qualifications, and manufacturing readiness activities
- Provide hands-on shop-floor support during product transfer, validation, and production ramp-up activities
- Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational excellence
