About the role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee – Manufacturing Process Engineering (Continuous Improvement) will support manufacturing process engineering and quality improvement initiatives within the CT manufacturing facility.
What you'll do
- Support Manufacturing Process Engineers in executing continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing line
- Monitor manufacturing defects, internal yields, and quality performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis for manufacturing defects, non-conformances (NC), and customer quality issues under the guidance of senior engineers
- Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, including documentation and follow-up actions
