About the role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will join the Supplier Quality team and work closely with suppliers and internal manufacturing teams to support supplier quality performance and resolve quality issues. The role will provide hands-on exposure to supplier quality management, corrective action, quality documentation, supplier changes, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Investigate supplier-related quality issues identified on the production line and support timely resolution
- Coordinate with suppliers on containment actions and corrective and preventive actions through quality reports
- Support evaluation and approval of supplier change requests in collaboration with relevant internal teams
- Review supplier quality documentation, including PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and other applicable quality records
- Support monitoring of supplier compliance with applicable quality requirements and certifications, including ISO standards
