Lead Clinical Workflow & Integration Architect

About the role

This role sits within the iRT software solutions team and will play a pivotal part in leading both pre sales and post sales customer implementation activities. Key responsibilities include assessing customer workflows, defining connectivity requirements, and driving the technical implementation framework. iRT is a rapidly growing product in the Oncology Therapy Guidance segment, addressing a critical customer need.

What you'll do

• Work directly with customers to understand and document the site-specific workflows, data flows, system connectivity and implementation requirements for iRT
• Translate customer requirements into implementation inputs, workflow configuration needs, and setup documentation
• Act as a key point of contact and provide cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams on workflow and connectivity discussions during customer onboarding…
• Partner with internal teams to communicate recurring customer pain points and propose practical solutions
• Help strengthen the overall customer success model by improving how workflow and connectivity needs are gathered, documented, and delivered
