About the role
The Lead Finance Specialist will play a critical role in providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for GE Precision Healthcare LLC's global services operations. This position will contribute to strategic decision-making by delivering insightful financial analyses, forecasts, and performance metrics.
What you'll do
- Lead the development of global operating plans, budgets, and forecasts, collaborating with various stakeholders across regions and functions
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of performance, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of financial results
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
- Support strategic initiatives and business cases by providing financial modeling, profitability analysis, and return on investment (ROI) assessments
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
