About the role
The Lead Service Finance Analyst partners with the regional and zone Service Finance teams to deliver financial planning, performance analysis, reporting, and operational finance support for the after-sales services business ("Service organization"). The role reports into the Global Markets Service Income Leader with a dotted line to the regional Service Senior Finance Manager.
What you'll do
- Lead recurring financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of management reports and business performance dashboards
- Develop meaningful insights on business performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key operational drivers
- Drive process improvement and standardization in financial reporting
- Support monthly forecasts, annual Budgeting, and strategic planning processes
- Partner with finance managers to identify performance risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions
