About the role
The individual will be responsible for performing Verification activities for Life Support Systems (LSS) products. Responsibility also includes carrying out all the activities in the test life cycle such as designing, developing, maintaining and executing test cases. GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of complex verification plans and strategies for new and existing medical devices and systems
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced test benches, verification environments, and automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Perform functional, performance, safety, and reliability testing of hardware and software components, subsystems, and integrated systems
- Collaborate closely with design, software, and systems engineering teams to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure testability
- Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution
