About the role
As the Semiconductor Supplier Optimization Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing supplier and sourcing strategies that strengthen supply continuity, improve delivery performance, enhance cost competitiveness, and build effective supplier relationships across the semiconductor and electronic components category.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute semiconductor supplier and sourcing strategies that improve supply continuity, delivery performance, cost competitiveness, supplier capability
- Own semiconductor and electronic component supplier delivery performance, with a strong focus on On-Time Delivery (OTD), lead-time improvement, supply assurance
- Manage a broad portfolio of semiconductor and electronic component suppliers, driving performance against delivery, quality, cost, capacity, and business requirements
- Lead supplier negotiations related to delivery commitments, capacity allocation, supply assurance, commercial requirements, recovery actions
- Manage critical supplier escalations, shortages, and delivery challenges, driving timely recovery plans and corrective actions to minimize business and customer impact
