This role works in close partnership with the Senior Director, Software Development Practices Transformation and the Enterprise AI R&D Product Director to unify engineering, practices, and AI-enablement into a consistent, scalable, and compliant approach.
What you'll do
- Define and maintain enterprise software engineering patterns and reference approaches
- Shape consistent engineering approaches for services, data, UI, and platform components that embed security, quality, and compliance
- Enables faster starts, reduced variability, and improved interoperability across teams
- Advance software reliability engineering (SRE) practices
- Guide adoption of reliability-focused engineering including service-level indicators, incident learning, and modern operational practices. Improves availability
