About the role
This role combines software engineering expertise, people leadership, and program execution excellence to drive successful delivery of both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Installed Base initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners and Project Managers
- Lead, coach and grow a team of Product Owners and Project Managers supporting multiple PCS IoMT products and platforms
- Raise the technical depth of the team so they can engage credibly with engineers on architecture, requirements quality, dependencies and risk
- Equip the team to use AI in their own work, including program execution, backlog refinement, requirements analysis, release planning and operational reporting
- Own talent development, career growth, succession planning and engagement, and build a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
