About the role
As a Senior Staff Software Architect, you will define and evolve the architecture of Cardiology platform based on embedded software used across multiple products. This role requires strong architectural ownership beyond individual component development, with experience scaling design systems.

- Communicating Trade-offs & Alignment: Exceptional ability to communicate complex architectural concepts by clearly explaining options, technical trade-offs, risks
- Works closely with cross-functional engineering, UX, and product teams to ensure alignment and secure buy-in
