About the role
This role will partner closely with manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, materials, and other cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, eliminate waste, strengthen Daily Management Systems, and build a sustainable Lean culture.
What you'll do
- Lead and drive Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the site and multiple product lines
- Coach teams and leaders on Lean behaviors, principles, tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies to strengthen the site's Lean culture
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement activities
- Identify and eliminate waste across manufacturing and operational processes to improve productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and overall operational efficiency
- Support plant and production-line layout design and improvement activities to optimize operational performance
