About the role
The Site Lean Leader will lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement across the site, supporting multiple product lines. This role will partner closely with manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, materials, and other cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, eliminate waste, strengthen Daily Management Systems, and build a sustainable Lean culture.
What you'll do
- Lead and drive Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the site and multiple product lines
- Coach teams and leaders on Lean behaviors, principles, tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies to strengthen the site's Lean culture
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement activities
- Identify and eliminate waste across manufacturing and operational processes to improve productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and overall operational efficiency
- Support plant and production-line layout design and improvement activities to optimize operational performance
