About the role
C++ Windows Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, delivering, modernizing, and maintaining production-critical Windows software applications, services, and utilities. Owns the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, documentation, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Develop, enhance, and maintain C++ software components, Windows-native services, and system utilities that support business-critical applications
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, performant, and compliant with established software development standards
- Own and support the build, release, and deployment ecosystem, including MSBuild projects, batch scripts, installers, and diagnostic tools
- Continuously improve build automation, developer productivity, and release repeatability
- Investigate and resolve complex issues by analyzing application logs, crash dumps, Windows Event Logs, memory dumps
