About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, modernization, and operational excellence of a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting the GE HealthCare Technology & Innovation Center (HTIC). This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and enterprise architecture organizations to ensure critical applications deliver maximum value, reliability, compliance, and scalability.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with all global and local service owners to drive service improvement, incident reduction, user experience improvement etc
- Primary leader and escalation point supporting research mission and technologies for IT
- Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape
- Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback
- Works with cross-functional teams to define and deliver needed infrastructure and technologies to support research projects
