About the role
As an ICAR modality Test Lead at GEHC, you will lead and execute testing activities for interventional cardiology new programs and IB lifecycle projects. This role involves ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our cutting-edge medical devices through comprehensive test planning, execution, and defect management.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end verification for ICAR products, translating customer and product requirements into test plans, test cases, schedules, and acceptance criteria
- Drive execution to meet sprint and weekly commitments while actively engaging the test team and program office
- Develop and review detailed test plans, test cases, and test procedures based on product requirements and design specifications
- Oversee the execution of test cases, analyze test results, and identify, document, and track software and hardware defects
- Collaborate closely with R&D, systems engineering, and product management teams to understand product functionalities and ensure thorough test coverage
