Supporting Sourcing activities for Category Team that includes supplier price updates, contract management, RFQ execution, payment-term updates, COOR compliance, supplier issue resolution, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and operational efficiency. What you'll do
- Managing and updating approved supplier price changes (Increase/Decrease) in Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) within the workflow system
- Contracts Updating in OCDB ( Approvals ) / Renewal of Contracts (documentations )
- Pay terms changes/updates in WFF
- Updating Leadtime, minimum order quantity, and standard packaging quantity information in the system (Supplier requests)
- Supplier Change Requests Follow-ups (Quality issues/Delivery Challenges/ EOL issues) with cross-functional teams
