About the role
Queen Elizabeth’s School, Gurugram is seeking a proactive and experienced Manager – Operations to support the smooth, safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the school. The Manager – Operations will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing key non-academic operational functions, including facilities, security, health and safety, transport, catering, procurement, vendors and general administration.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day facilities operations across the school campus, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment
- Prepare work schedules and allocate resources to ensure efficient delivery of facilities services
- Conduct regular inspections of the campus to identify maintenance requirements and operational improvements
- Oversee the maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, water supply, generators, lifts, and other critical infrastructure
- Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance programmes are implemented effectively
