About the role
As an Oracle Cloud HCM System Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and continuous improvement of our Oracle Cloud HCM platform. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
What you'll do
- Manage and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation
- Configure system settings, workflows, approvals, business rules, and integrations aligned with business requirements
- Own quarterly release cycles, including regression testing, feature validation, and system readiness
- Drive Security & Access Governance
- Administer user access, roles, and permissions across the HCM landscape
