About the role
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Videographer & Editor who lives and breathes high-quality, social-first content. Someone with a strong visual eye, excellent editing instincts, and a deep understanding of what makes content perform across platforms like Instagram, YouTube and paid social.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot and edit social-first video content, with a strong focus on short-form, high-impact storytelling for organic and paid social
- Own the full production process — from lighting, camera and audio setup to editing, colour grading, sound design, captions and motion graphics
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines while staying visually modern, engaging and trend aware
- Deliver performance-ready content designed to stop the scroll and drive engagement, awareness and conversions
- Work closely with the marketing team and school leadership to align video content with campaign goals, messaging and performance insights
