About the role
As a Verticals Engineer , you will turn real-world finance workflows into working software by reusing Genios’ composable platform components. This is a hands-on engineering role , not a pure coordination or support function. You will work closely with Product, customers, and platform engineering to understand messy workflows, break them into structured systems, and build production-grade modules quickly.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end vertical workflows
- Translate ambiguous workflows into working systems
- Turn messy business processes into concrete technical implementations: model data, ingest and normalize inputs, encode business logic such as KPIs, forecasts, valuation
- Iterate fast with real usage
- Ship quickly, observe how customers use the workflows, refine the experience, and improve quality based on real feedback
