About the role
The Digital and Technology team of General Mills is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team in capacity of a Lead Analyst focusing on driving, delivering, and supporting the key portfolio shaping initiatives in Inventory space across our Supply Chain organization.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership for SAP MM and related inventory management solutions
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient supply chain inventory solutions
- Translate business requirements into integrated solution designs that support supply chain operations
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery across design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Identify and implement innovative, AI-enabled improvements to enhance system efficiency and sustainability
