Lead Financial Analyst, OneStream

About the role

The General Mills Financial Systems Integration (FSI) team oversees a global financial systems, data and process ecosystem that enables business growth and evolution, with uncompromising fiduciary integrity. The agile & experienced team governs systems and data, leads close and consolidation processes and provides strategic guidance on key enterprise and portfolio shaping initiatives.

What you'll do

• Perform primary duties within OneStream application, including, but not limited to, entity hierarchies, rules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting views/packages
• Develop and maintain various reporting solutions (OneStream Cube Views and Excel Add-in) as needed by Accounting and other Finance teams
• Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms and perform training and end-user education of the system functionality, as needed
• Troubleshoot and partner with D&T resources on technical issues related to the OneStream system
• Support integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) from source systems (SAP, other) in OneStream
