What you'll do
- Own market supply and inventory planning for finished products, including product availability, inventory strategy, stock optimization
- Manage the supply chain interface between market teams and upstream plants and enterprise supply teams
- Manage stock policy and shelf-life requirements to achieve service targets and reduce product waste; maintain accurate supply parameters and master data in SAP, OMP
- Lead demand consolidation and variance validation for international markets, monthly production regrouping decisions across make-to-order and make-to-stock products
- Represent markets in weekly supply and operations execution meetings with plants; identify and escalate supply gaps, exceptions
