This role advances modern Business Intelligence and AI for BI capabilities across General Mills business functions. It partners with business, product, and technical teams to design, build, and scale trusted, governed, and user-friendly analytics solutions. The role focuses on enabling reporting, visualization, conversational analytics, and AI-driven insights with strong adoption, quality, and governance.
What you'll do
- Business Intelligence and AI for BI capabilities
- Design, develop, test, automate, and launch BI, conversational analytics, and AI-driven summarization solutions using Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, and related tools
- Build technical architectures, semantic models, prototypes, and governed data experiences for trusted natural-language querying, dashboard summarization
- Lead design, code, model, and process reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise standards, AI governance, approved extensions, and performance best practices
- Drive end-to-end delivery across discovery, requirements gathering, estimation, solution design, development, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live monitoring
