About the role
The Condition Monitoring Consultant will remotely monitor machinery health across multiple manufacturing sites and a variety of production and utilities equipment to improve asset reliability.
What you'll do
- Analyze data from condition monitoring technologies such as vibration, infrared, ultrasound, tribology, non-destructive testing
- Monitor equipment trends and conditions, and recommend corrective actions to reduce unplanned downtime, losses, and maintenance costs
- Create and manage work orders for inspections and repairs through CMMS/Maximo, while collaborating with plant M&R teams to drive issue resolution and track progress
- Utilize predictive maintenance tools, analytics, AI-based models, and EAMS/CMMS data to improve maintenance strategies and expand predictive maintenance capabilities
- Develop reports, dashboards, and program metrics such as defects found, defects fixed, work order completion rate, downtime reduction, energy savings
