About the role
As the Senior Engineer – Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, you will improve maintenance effectiveness by ensuring work is planned, scheduled and executed efficiently. You will coordinate labor, parts, tools and timelines for safety, food safety, corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
What you'll do
- Review work requests to ensure all required information is complete and accurate before planning
- Plan labor, parts, tools and timelines for safety, food safety, corrective and preventive maintenance work orders
- Coordinate with Line Teams, Maintenance and Engineering to prioritize and schedule work using Maximo and other planning tools
- Maintain asset hierarchies, job plans and preventive maintenance routines in the system
- Support job plan standardization and provide basic guidance and training on Maximo usage
