About the role
This role is responsible for contributing to and/or leading operational demand planning activities, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of forecasts, and driving continuous improvement within the demand planning process. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and implementing solutions to optimize forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
What you'll do

- Contribute to new product forecasting assumptions and participate in launch meetings
- Partner with the cross-functional business team to ensure a successful Sales and Operations process that balances supply and demand while minimizing waste
