About the role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core Human Capital Management (HCM) and Time Tracking modules. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, maintenance, and support of our Workday tenant.
What you'll do
- Workday Configuration & Maintenance
- Design, build, test, and deploy functional configurations within Workday Core HCM and Time Tracking modules
- Manage and maintain foundational Workday structures, including Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, and Cost Centers
- Configure and optimize end-to-end Workday Business Processes (BPF) such as Hire, Change Job, Terminate, and Request Time Off
- Configure complex Time Tracking rules, period schedules, time entry templates, and calculations to meet corporate policies and legislative compliance
