About the role
The Leader - Resource Management is responsible for driving enterprise-wide resource planning, allocation, deployment, and workforce optimization to ensure effective fulfillment of business demands. The role partners with business and delivery leaders to maximize utilization, improve demand-supply alignment, and enable efficient talent deployment across the organization.
What you'll do
- Lead resource planning, allocation, deployment, and fulfillment across business priorities
- Drive demand-supply management to ensure optimal staffing and workforce utilization
- Govern resource allocation, bench management, and talent mobility strategies
- Partner with business, delivery, capability, and HR teams to address workforce gaps and resource risks
